Our games and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise that a game will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and daily puzzles depend on your device's date and settings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kupalinka is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, our games or this website. Since our games store your progress only on your device, please keep that in mind — for example, resetting a device clears local progress.
